Customer Support

 

GCommerce will provide an initial consultation to help develop an installation plan. In addition, GCommerce Inc. will be available to provide telephone assistance with the installation of the Partnership Network™ Software Application on Licensee system, up to 2 hours per installation with additional time to be charged based on time and materials required.

GCommerce Inc will provide the following basic services:

  • Customer assistance from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. This could be administered via online email support with FAQ's and online forms requesting assistance.

  • Telephone Assistance with Installation and setup of Annual updates of software.

  • Request for Enhancement (RFE) process (A format for customers to provide systems recommendations and feature requests)

GCommerce Inc is not responsible for providing support for Licensee’s platform, operating system related support or maintenance issues, middleware support or data related issues.
