Anticipated Deadlines for the 2010 AWDA Conference
Shown below is the anticipated schedule of deadlines for the 2010 AWDA Conference. This should be used for reference only, as there might be changes to the dates as the actual scheduling process unfolds.
February
WD and manufacturer commitment forms sent to AWDA WDs and Manufacturers.
March
WD and manufacturer commitment forms due.
Early April
WD one-on-one selection forms to be sent.
Late April
WD one-on-one selection forms due.
May
Process WD one-on-one selections forms.
Early June
Manufacturer/business service one-on-one selection forms to be sent with list of WD requests.
Late June
Manufacturer/business service one-on-one selection forms due.
July
One-on-one schedule process to be completed.
July 30
Final date for hotel reservations.
All conference registration forms and payments due from manufacturers, business services, reps, distributors and marketing associations.
Early August
One-on-one meeting schedules sent to participating companies.
October 15
Last day to receive refunds for cancellation.
October 30
Last day for check-in of one-on-one meeting suites.
November 15
Report one-on-one no-shows and cancellations to AWDA HQ in order to receive credit.
Note: To participate in the AWDA conference, the following is required:
- Manufacturers and Business Service providers must be members in good standing of AAIA and the AWDA segment.
- WDs must be either members in good standing of AAIA and the AWDA segment or invited guests.
- Registration forms must be completed and all Conference fees paid in full.
- Manufacturers and Business Services conducting one-on-one meetings must reserve at least one suite per meeting team in the Venetian hotel.
- Manufacturers and Business Services conducting one-on-one meetings must reserve at least one 10’x10’ exhibit booth at the AAPEX Show.
